Power BI Table data :- By click take you to the relevant tab

I working on "Table" not in Matrix, I'm connected with 12+ sharepoint and working by Appending all in one.

So my requirement is whenver i click on table's data it should take me to respecive tab (I have created separate tab with each shp).

Example :- As per below whenver i click (single or double)  on  "R102" (ID) it should take me to respective tab of Report i.e "Report1"

Report Name	Status	ID	Risk
Report 1	Open	R102	High
Report 1	Open	R106	Medium
Report 1	Close	R109	Low
Report 2	Open	R201	High

You would probably need the URLs for the reports in your dataset, that would let you use the conditional formatting hyperlinks to open whatever the URL is for the report. But you might consider using drill-down to a single tab if all of the data is in your model, it may be more efficient and less pain to set up?

You may want to consider using the 'drill-through' functionality to accomplish your result.
