    Hi Curcuma 

    This issue has been escalated to the technical team and the team engineers are working on the issue.

    You can consider to use dataverse connector, the customer insight connector is still a preview feature, it is recommended to use the Dataverse connector first.

We are facing again the same issue, all of a sudden the power bi connector to customer insights has stopped working and we get an "Access to the resource is forbidden." error message.

Any idea of what is going on or how can we solve it?
