Did you ever get this working? I am trying to connect our UserVoice account to Power BI and am having similar issues. Unfortunately the UserVoice Data Connector within the data sources list does not work with custom domains using oAuth. Any ideas?

Sorry to say I never managed to get this working. I would up exporting in CSV and manually playing with the numbers in Excel. Sad to see that almost two years later, there is still no clear resolution to this issue!
