Users are connecting to a Power BI Datasets. Some Endusers will see the same dataset twice with a different dates and tables in the overview. We only have 1 dataset. ex. Cost prices
Other users get the correct view: 1 dataset as expected:
Does anyone have an idea? We already did delete cached files in the Excel Options.
Thank you
Hi @LinnF
I haven't had this issue before and I haven't found any related issues. From the first screenshot, the last dataset that has the same name as the first one appears having 0 tables in it, it seems this dataset is invalid. As only some users have this issue, can you check the dataset's access permissions in Power BI Service? Is there any permission difference between these users?
Best Regards,
Jing
@Anonymous Thanks for the suggestion. I have aligned the access of the 2 users. Still the same problem.
Hi @LinnF
As deleting cached files in the Excel Options didn't work, can you try sign out your account from Excel then sign in to it again? Will this make a difference?
Best Regards,
Jing
