Power Automate is free with Power BI Pro Licence

Hi ,

Can anyone suggest me does Power Automate is free with Power BI Pro Licence ?

With Regards ,

  • The free tier of Power Automate exists but has significant limitations on run frequency and connector access.

To use a proper Power Automate you need one of the following:

    • Microsoft 365 business plans (E1, E3, E5, Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium) include Power Automate with standard connectors only. If your organization has one of these plans, you likely already have basic Power Automate access.
    • Power Automate Per User plan is a paid add-on that unlocks premium connectors (SQL, SharePoint advanced, HTTP, etc.) and higher run limits.
    • Power Automate Per Flow plan licenses individual flows rather than users.

  • Hi Manasaanalytics,

Partially - but with significant limitations.

Power Automate is not fully free with a Power BI Pro license.

Conclusion: Power BI Pro does not come bundled with Power Automate. You either need an M365 E3/E5 plan for basic flows or a separate Power Automate Premium license for full capabilities.
