Plan de consulta

Estoy trabajando con el PBI en la nube, con Data Flow. Tengo plan premium por usuario. En el dataflow he creado varias tablas. Algunas de ellas son de tablas directas. Otras de vistas. Pero en ningún caso puedo ver el Plan de Consulta de ningún paso.

Me dice : "El plan de consulta no está disponible para este paso". ¿Cómo logro activar el plan de consulta?
