    Source = Excel.CurrentWorkbook(){[Name="Tableau5"]}[Content],
    #"Colonne dynamique" = Table.Pivot(Source, List.Distinct(Source[Country]), "Country", "Choice")
    in
    #"Colonne dynamique"
