Personal gateway - Not able to authenticate my web connections using my windows account

Using my personal gateway I'm not able to update my credential using my winfdows account for my web connections. I got the message "Unable to connect to the remote server". With my desktop version I don´t have any problem with authentication neither using the on-premises data gateway.

It seems that you are able to use on-premise data gateway to connect to the web site, right?

In your scenario, please follow below below tips to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Is the personal gateway exists on the same server as the one hosts on-premise data gateway. If not , please try to install a personal gateway in the same server.

2. Follow this article to connect to the web page, and publish to service. Set the personal gateway for this dataset and use Anonymous, check if refresh successfully.

3. Update the personal gateway to the latest one will decrease many potential issues.
