Personal Gateway vs enterprize gateway

Good day, I am new to Power BI Pro and need to setup Dashboads for our company.

I am currently connecting to a MySQL server - I've setup the datasource in my gateway as well as created the report in Power BI desktop.

When I publish my report the figures is correct and it creates a dataset which connects to the organisational gateway.

If the dataset is refreshed the figures is less - when I change it to the personal gateway the figures is correct again.

My aim is to create dashboards that refresh 8 times per day connecting to the Mysql server. What is the best way to go about this? Thanks in advance.

@Christellef personal gateway is more for personal use like connecting to a laptop. You should use enterprise gateway for your use for organisational purposes.
