Personal Gateway - cannot install

I cannot install it. Here are the errors: System.InvalidOperationException: Cannot start service PBIEgwService on computer '.'. ---> System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception: The service did not respond...

I restarted computer, tried again. The same.

What's confusng me is that you are the second person who cannot figure it out despite the provided error log file. The file is ridiculously long . What else is needed to solve the problem?

    Markzolotoy, 1). Can you find the "On-premises data gateway" service in your Services? 2). Try the net start PBIEgwService command to start the service.
