Permissions to integrate Power BI with Azure by non Global Administrator?

Can anyone please suggest what level of specific privilege is required for a non Global Administrator to integrate Power BI with Azure?

The permission has been described in the blog you post, what other information would you like to get?

Important Note:
We support both basic and Federated authentication. Ensure that the user trying to download the content pack has Security Reader or Admin permissions to access the content pack.
