    Hi DivyaJohn ,

    According to your description, here's my solution.

    Create a Parent table.

    Parent =
SELECTCOLUMNS (
    FILTER ( 'Table', 'Table'[Parent Id] = BLANK () ),
    "Parent Id", 'Table'[Customer Id],
    "Name", 'Table'[Name]
)

    Relate the Customer Id in fact table with Parent Id in Parent table.

    Put Parent Id in Parent table in slicer, get the result:

    I'm not sure if this is the result you want, if not, please explain more about the expected result.
