PROBLEMA DE ACESSO

Olá, preciso de ajuda urgente. Temos uma conta free, de acesso com o BI, e alguém ao acessar ativou a autenticação de dois fatores.

Com isso agora não conseguimos mais nenhum acesso, não conseguimos mais entrar na conta, pedir suporte, preciso reestabelecer essa conexão e tirar essa autentização, ou um código qr code para colocar o authenticator no celular, por favor me ajudem????

Are you using a Microsoft account? Try contacting the Organizational administrator or this. 
Contact - Microsoft Support
Contact support and select Can't sign in.
