PBI dataset, excel large dimension members, error out

when connecting to PBI dataset via excel, if i add a dimension member in filter with over 1M values, it errors out, i understand that it is doing that because of large values returning from pbi data set, is there any way to apply a filter on filter value to only show members which have a measure value associated with it.

In addition to @Greg_Deckler 's question on the grid, how are you connecting to a Power BI dataset with Excel? Those options currently don't work in Power Query, or does this belong in the main forum?
