Opening a .mez file and modifying the code

Hi Everyone,

I am a newbie. I have downloaded an Instagram connector for power bi off the internet. Here is the website where I found the connector Smart connectors theme | Scitylana. The connector works up to a certain point. I am able to sign into my business Instagram account with the connector, but the connector does not display any data tables from the Instagram API. Some parts of this connector work, but I think I will have to modify it to get it to pull data into power bi. How do you suggest cracking the .mez file open to start working on the code?

Thanks,

Joshua Cortigiano

.mez files are archives, much like .pbit or .pbix - use your favorite unzip tool.  Inside you will find the Power Query code that you can then modify as needed.
