Onedrive/sharepoint use case

Kindly follow the below steps to connect and extract the data from SharePoint/Onedrive.
Step1: Navigate to SharePoint file location and click on respective file as shown below and click on Open and click on Open in App.
Step2: Click on “Open Excel (desktop)”, as shown in below
Step3: Click on “Copy link to clipboard”
Step4: Now open Power BI desktop and click on get data and click on “Web” as shown in below
Step5: Then paste the URL copied on step3 and remove “?web=1” from url as shown below and click on Ok.
Step6: Now select “Organizational Account” option and click on Sign in option and then enter your Thermofisher credentials and click on connect.
Step7: and now you can load or edit the data on Power BI desktop and then you can build your report.
Later, if you want switch your connection from one location to another location, just click on tranform data option and click on data source settings option and then change you source and provide required details to complete the data source switching.
