On-premisses data gateway crashed

I'm facing a very annoying problem with the On-premisses data gateway. It access an Oracle source if it matters.
It crashes in a way that it has to be uninstalled and installed again but eventually crashes in the same way again. Please, see below the what it looks like when I open the gateway when crashed. Would someone know how to give a lead?

    Hi Anonymous 

     

    The gateway runs as a service on your computer, please check whether it is running currently? If not, please start/restart it.
