On-premises data gateway: update / install failed

Hi,  I got an update for my On-premises data gateway, but I there were errors in the installation.  So I deleted it, tried to reinstall but still got errors (1307 or 1601). This was the log of...

I cannot install the gateway. I get this error message. Can you help me.
