On-premises data Gateway in different server

Hi folks, just a quikly question.

Do you know if the gateway works properly, installed in another server instead the DB Server?
or, this gateway MAY to be installed together (in) the DB Server

@Marlonrb Can be installed on any server in the same domain. Typical recommendation is to install it on the same server where you will be hitting your DB or SSAS instance to reduce the network traffic. (ie. might be slightly slower on a different server)
