On-premises Gateway - Refresh data

Hi,

 

I connected with gateway (onpremises data gateway or personel gateway). When i refresh my dataset, then i see only certain part my data and other part i see not data in my dashboard. 

 

what could be the problem?

 

please help

      Yes absolutely,

       

      When i use Gateway and refresh my data. Then i see only first dashboard with data illustrate and another dashboard see no data. Only does with gateway, when refresh my dataset.

    Firstly, how about changing this visual to a table visual, is there any data displaying on the table?

    How about recreating this visual?

     

    Here a useful thread you could refer to:

    If all above don't help,

    1. Please check if it refreshes successfully from Power BI Desktop.

    2. What's the connection type of data set? Import or Direct Query?

    3.Did you receive any errors or warnings when refreshing?

    4. create a power bi support ticket to get further support.
