On-premise Data Gateway does not work

Hello, 

We are currently on the Power BI PRO (trial account).

We managed to configured the On-premise Gateway and the connection to our company MySQL database.

However, the gateway is not available when we were trying to Schedule Refresh (see image below)

and also you need to create a new data source of your data base and include the users as well....

Do you need to include all the users? Or just the Admin?

There might be few reasons why you're not seeing the gateway:
1- The connection information within Power BI desktop doesn’t match the data source. The Server name and database name need to be the same for Power BI to make a match.

2- You have an online scenario in your dataset, it needs to be added as well

3- You're using oAuth with your datasource, which is not supported thru the gateway
