On Premises Enterprise Gateway Configuration error

Dear All

We are having error issues setting up an enterprise gateway on our Server (Windows Server 2012).

The error occurs when past the uer accout authentication and issuing the right key phrase. On getting to the configuration stage, it throws the follwing errors

" The requested operation cannot be completed. The computer must be trusted for delegation and the current user account must be configured to allow delegation"

I ensured the Gateway is run under an admin account and right clicked to select run as administrator

Has anyone encountered same issues and can some help?
