On Prem Gateway log format / legend

Hi,

 

Can someone please link me to a document that describes in detail the Log format / fields in the On Premises data gateway Error / Information / Network Logs?

 

MGAA, MGPP, MGCC 

MGEQ, MGEO, MGEM 

 

etc. 

 

I can't find ANYTHING online other than "GuyInACube"s Youtube video on Gateway monitoring and a few threads on this forum where people posted their logs.

 

I have read https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-gateway-onprem-tshoot 1000 times, it only refers to a few codes that aren't in our logs because we don't have verbose logging turned on.

 

Maybe someone can link me to some random Ignite slide deck that covers this?

    Hi Anonymous ,

    From my knowledge, I'm afraid that there is no docuement that describes in detail the Log format / fields in the On Premises data gateway Error / Information / Network Logs currently.

    If you want to analyze your error message, your could find the specific error message based on the request id when you have error for gateway in the log file.
