Hi all
Has anyone been able to use PowerBI to report on Office 365 licensing ?
I'm trying to generate reports that allow people to drill down on a user's licensing and see what Service Plans a user has activated..
I have no problem with reporting on the top level account SKUID such as ENTERPRISEPACK, STANDARDPACK etc.
However I've had no luck with being able to drill down to see the status of the individual service plans such as MCOSTANDARD etc.
Can anyone offer any pointers?
Hi @zatennisfan,
According to your description, it seems that you want to create a drill down report to display Office 365 licensing data, right?
To create a drill down report, we need to place fields which contain hierarchy in Axis Property of the chart to enable drill down action. In your scenario, if you are using chart visual, you need to place both SKUID and Service Plans Status fields in the Axis property. For more information, please refer to this article: Drill down in a visualization in Power BI.
If you have any question, please feel free to ask.
Best Regards,
Qiuyun Yu
