Office 365 Adoption Content Pack: ODB - files shared...

Hi there - new to Power BI.

I was exploring the adoption cotent pack in a demo environment and I couldn't help to notice a lot of the data is not accurate or I am not understanding the stock configuration.

For instance on the OneDrive report "Number of files acted on by users per file activity type"

It contains the ProductActivtyCombo for the legend and then on theProductActivtyCombo filter there is only the option to select "ODB - files shared internally". I have shared more than 20 files externally (and more than 5 now internally) but on the graphs and in the filter option there is just internal, and the internal numbers aren't even changing.

Does this report represent something else? What am I doing wrong? I've cloned the report and tried to input the field "ODB - Files share externally" specifcally and it comes up as a blank chart/data.

Thanks!

@luketub,

When you create a card visual by draging ODB-FilesSharedEXT measure of TenantProductActivity table, does it return any value?

Besides, you said that the internal number doesn't change in your post, he majority of the reports in the content pack display data for the previous 12 months. However, some of the charts may show less history since the data collection for different products and reports were started at different times and thus data for the full 12 months might not be available.  After you connect to the content pack, the content pack will refresh weekly.

Hi Lydia,

Thank you so much for your response. It looks as though, as you said, there is a delay in when the reporting data actually ends up in PowerBI. Looks fine now.

Thank you!
