Object reference not set to an instance of an object

I was updating some data sources and making changes to column names in Power Query editor, and now when I try to apply changes, I get the error listed below. The error consistently appears for all of my data sources, no matter what I do. I tried this with the app store downloaded version and desktop downloaded version with no difference. I also tried an older version of Power BI desktop with no luck. I use the 64 bit version of Power BI desktop.  I have also tried running the program as an administrator with no change. My data sources are all excel files on OneDrive. I have no clue what else to try to get this to work! Can anyone help?

You will likely need to open a support ticket. Your best bet is to roll the file back to a previous version in OneDrive/Sharepoint and try again to see if it was some random corruption. But no one on this forum has the tools to diagnose a stack trace. At the very bottom of this page is a support link. They will likely need your PBIX file to get going.
