OData not Refreshing on Power BI

So I was asked by my managers to make a report for them that pulled data from Microsoft Dynamics NAV. To do that, I went ahead and created the web services that published the ODataV4 to the web. Then in Power BI desktop, I connected to the OData feed and used my manager's credentials to connect to the feed and when I hit refresh on Power BI desktop, I get all the up-to-date data (as seen below). Then, I went to publish the report to Power BI on the web and now when I try to refresh the data connection on the web, I get the error below (I tried to directly upload the images, but it wouldn't let me).

Any ideas on how to fix this?
