ODBC QUERY SERVER CONNECTION WITH POWER BI DESKTOP

Hello,

I am working on creating a live dashboard by connecting the odbc query server data with power BI desktop. Until today, I used the excel spreadsheet as the database , can you please let me know how i can set up odbc query server as a database which has all the tables and create live dashboards. It would be great if someone give me a link to nay youtube video that i oculd follow. 

The IT department are giving the access ro the ODBC query server and it has multiple tables in it, they are just giving me an access , rest i have to do everything.

Any feedback or support would be highly appreciated.

According to your description, first you need to install the ODBC program and then enter the necessary details such as the data source name (DSN), server name and authentication credentials. Finally, connect using power bi desktop. For details you can check the following documentation and video.
