Not able to select multiple columns in power query
- 1 year ago
Hi KR300
You can select multiple columns by holding the CTRL key on the keyboard and selecting the column you need or using the choose column features in Power Query.
Note: the green box is selected columns using CTRL key, the red box is unselected column.
If you find this helpful, kindly mark my response as a solution.

I am facing the same issue. Unable to select non-contiguous columns using Ctrl and select. I am trying to practice to "Add Column" and use "Time" -> "Subtract" function to get duration from two columns representing "Login Start Time" and "Login End Time". I selected "Login Start Time" column (highlights in Green) and pressed "Ctrl" key and selected "Login End Time" column (now this column gets highlighted in Green but the earlier selected column "Login Start Time" gets unselected). The Time function is disabled in "Add Column" menu. Any solution would be helpful.
The solution provided earlier in this forum for similar issue talks about using "Choose columns". I don't want to use this. I want to add column using existing column in the sheet.
