Not able to copy table from dataflow to my local Power BI File

Hi,

I am trying to copy a table from a dataflow to a local power bi file, because working from the local power bi is faster than working in power bi dataflows itself. I have a lot of different merges in this query. But maybe this is a bug in dataflows itself or I just can't copy a tables that has a certain amount of merges...

I hope someone can help.
