New scheduled cloud flow in Power Automate working with Power BI
Hi guys,
Need some help to create a new scheduled cloud flow in Power automate (website) to export a specific table in my Power BI dashboard as .csv, save as with specific name in a specific folder, and then attach this new file to an email and send this email
press button flow in a visual on my Power BI dashboard does not help me, and I've only seen this kind of solution so far 😅
Hi lucashmcury - I found a couple of blogs to consider. The first shows how to set up a flow to export a report in PDF. Use this to help set up the intial flow. Power BI Automated Reports using Power Automate (mssqltips.com)
The second shows how to use the new Extract Query connector in Power Automate to create CSV: Automatic exports of Power BI data 🤖 | Run a query against a dataset - YouTube
This can be saved and e-mail using Power Automate.
