New Column in my Source FIle

A new column has been added to my source file.  The column is located in the middle (not the end) of the file.  This column has valuable information that I need to pull into power query so that i can use it in my reporting.   I don't want to edit my source file prior to loading it.

Can you please help?

Yes @mussaenda, the issue is that the new column is not showing on my query.  This is an excel file that I manually refresh from a folder.

Hi @Anonymous ,

If you are getting your excel from a folder connector,

Double click the Expanded Transform File and select the new cloumn

Hi @Anonymous ,

You can refresh your data source in power query without reconnect.
