New Column formula replace null with other

Wrap the whole thing in a COALESCE() function.
Flex or Go = COALESCE ( LOOKUPVALUE ( Account[_Flex or Go Customer], Account[_Account #], 'NPS 2017 Q4'[Account #], "no data" ), Account[AlternateValue] )
