New Column formula replace null with other

I'm pulling a status from here Account (sheet) Flex or Go Customer (column). I'm using an account relationship that both sheets have (Account #).   It's returning the text values correctly, howeve...

    Wrap the whole thing in a COALESCE() function.

     

    Flex or Go =
COALESCE (
    LOOKUPVALUE (
        Account[_Flex or Go Customer],
        Account[_Account #], 'NPS 2017 Q4'[Account #],
        "no data"
    ),
    Account[AlternateValue]
)
