Nested If/And Statement for Reassessment Data

Hello BI Community, 

I am trying to create a code for this statement: 

If at reassessment, the B_Total Score is equal to or less than the B_Total score at inital, then TRUE, all else is FALSE

I'm having a hard time getting it so that it's comparing the Reassessment Score to the Initial Score. There's like an extra layer I haven't mastered as far as how to code it.

Initial Score is not clear. If you can also populate the result in a column, that would provide clarity.

You can probably put the data in an Excel and create the result in a column. Post the screenshot of that Excel.
