Need help for production dashboard

In the power BI, some DAX implemented as my requirement. Actual Dashboard connected from SQL database.

1)
In Dyelot, there are 3 types of no.
I) One is starting with 1A,
II) Another is starting with different digit,
III) Another is starting with SP

My requirement is which dyelot is start with 1A ans SP. Those will not show in Dyelot list. Dyelot picture list indicate with red color.

2)
Depends on RunTime in Minutes, showing the Bulk_Production value. If the RunTime in Minutes is maximum time 900, showing the Bulk_production is 0.

Here my requirement is, those Bulk_Production is 0, these types of columns are no required. Like as Dyelot, Bulk_Production, RunTime in Minutes and EndTime. Not required columns indicate with green color.
