Need Help setting up report pull new data daily that gets emailed to me

I am new to Power Bi and need assistance with basic functionality. I need to setup auto refresh to push/pull new data daily from a new xls worksheet and insert it in to an existing report. Ideally this worksheet is stored in the onedrive or another cloud storage solution. 

The new xls is getting pushed to me via email and I am using Flow to send it to the Onedrive and Sharespace. I can get it to work if I change the file name to the same file name as what the report orginally oulled the dada from however I need it to pull the new data every morning from a new file/file name.

Can I somehow set it up to pull from a file then have it select the most recent file? I would rather not use a gateway and rather it use cloud storage.

Do you use OneDrive for business? If so, it is not possible to select the most recent file after importing data to Power BI.

Instead, you can connect to OneDrive for business folder in Power BI Desktop by entering the following URL in SharePoint Folder connector of Power BI Desktop. Then create report in Power BI Desktop and publish the report to Power BI Service, in Service, you can set schedule refresh for the dataset without gateway.

Also please note that Power BI Service can't refresh .xls Excel files. You would need to store the Excel files as .xlsx format.
