My filter is not working

Hi Community,&nbsp;When i filter by FY year my sum of target amount does not change help!&nbsp;No filters&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;FY 2018&nbsp;&nbsp;FY 2019&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
