My Data is not combing. Any suggestions about what to check?

I have looked at column headers, file types, formats.

I can't work out why some files combine and others do not.

I get this message.

Any ideas?

Also in the following blog, the author introduced two ways to fix this error:

The issue is probably that your Transform Sample File query is pointing to a file that is not actually the Sample File. I would check the Source in the Transform Sample File, and make sure that it is pointing to the Sample File. Also, make sure that you don't expand the sample file!
