    Hi Anonymous,

     

    In your scenario, you need to install and configure the personal gateway. You can download the On-premises data gateway, then select Personal Gateway instead of On-premises data gateway to install the personal gateway. Then the Gateway connection option will be available.

So it´s imposible to do this kind of reports with on-premise gateway.

Then, it is better to use the Personal Gateway?

Yes, for this report, you need to configure personal gateway.
