The date captured in the Sharepoint list was different from the time actually displayed on the PC.
I want to change it to local time in the Query Editor, but I don't know how.
If anyone knows how to do this, could you please let me know?

It depends on what the time difference you want to switch, have a look at DateTimeZone functions in M:
DateTimeZone.SwitchZone
DateTimeZone.ToUtc
DateTimeZone.ToLocal
