First, in Power Query, go to the Home tab and hit Refresh Preview. Check your row counts.
If you don't have a match now then, in Desktop, go to the Home tab and hit refresh. Check your row counts.
Let me know if you still have an issue after this and we can dig a bit deeper.

Thanks so much! I'm not sure why it didn't occur to me to refresh the dataset.
Easy one to miss.
