Model update time PIVOT power is high
Regards
I require your support with Power PIVOT. It turns out that I have 7 different tables from a connection to SQL from power query and that will eventually become a SINGLE DATA SOURCE. this Final Source is taken to the data model in power PIVOT and the respective metrics are created and then it is brought to prominence by means of a dynamic table. the update time is a maximum of 5 minutes, which is a normal time due to the weight of the queries and others. but when I recreate 4 or 5 additional pivot tables attached to the same model, the query increases the update time and can take up to more than 20 to 25 minutes
How can I proceed so that the times do not increase and it is always the minimum time?

Hello - there are many, many reasons why this could be happening (too many fields in the table, poorly designed models, inefficient measures, etc). I recommend starting with data modeling best practices for Power Pivot and PowerBI. There are a lot of articles that address this topic. Here is one website that particularly focuses on Power Pivot.
