Missing data from CRM and powerBI query

Hi, can someone please advise me on 2 issues:

 

1. Missing data from CRM: We have an API connecting to CRM, and while the custom fields are populated to the report correctly, the data within those fields doesn't pull through. This actually comes through correctly for the majority of the data but about 5-10% it is missing. This happens regardless of whether I pull in directly from the OData feed or when the query is limited to the columns I want.

 

2. Data missing in report: In some instances with the above, the data is in the query but is not pulling to the report:

    SamanthaSampat,

    What version of Power BI Desktop do you use? And what OData URL do you use?
