Missing Data from an Excel (.xlsx) file. Only Showing Header Rows

I wish i could, but because of confidentiality and privacy I cannot risk that. However, the file is coming from an Appian Platform generated .xlsx file.
I am suspecting the file to have some attributes that is preventing the data to show. When I delete the header the data shows normal. Also when I copy the content of the file into a new workbook, the data shows. I will like to have all the solution in Power query but I am generating VBA code to copy the content to a new file and use the new file which seems to be working.
This is unfortunate for me.
