Microsoft mashup evaluation container

You just need to be on the lastest version of the desktop. Close the desktop and make sure there are no mashup apps in memory to ensure none have died and been left there. You can see that in the Task Manager.
If it keeps locking up, you need to go into Power Query and refresh each query and see which queries are causing it and go from there. There isn't an easy way to diagnose this, but I can say, from anecdotal evidence of my own use, I've seen no mashup engine crashes either in Excel or Power BI Desktop in the last 2-3 months that indicate a broad bug. But it could be and just not on data sources I use. I stick to CSV, Excel, and SQL sources predominantly.
