Microsoft.PowerBI.OleDb is not registered.
Good Day all,
I am getting this error while refreshing the data set in power BI
The provider 'Microsoft.PowerBI.OleDb' is not registered. The following system error occurred: Class not registered
Data source is an Excel macro-enabled workbook file. This is a monthly report and it worked fine last month
File location and structure have not changed since last month
The only change was to update PBI version
I found a resolution by uninstalling and reinstalling Power BI in this forum, but it didn't work for me
Please let me know if anyone got solution for this .

What about trying to roll back to an older version after completely uninstalling Power BI Desktop?
March 2024 version of Power BI Desktop - 64-bitBest Regards,
