hello team,
i have an issue trying to merge the data set or excel in a folder. i have a original data set in excel that used to collect data per month for KPI and its pivoted, we have separated files for 2025 to 2026 and it is stored in a folder,i have tried to get data via folder not individual excel files, and am confused. would you be able to assist me? refer attached screenshotsthis is the two excel files 2026 and 2026 in a folder

Took two sample similar excel files and placed into a folder
Then pushed to Power BI through 'Folder' connector from 'Get Data' then navigated to the folder excel files are in. Click Ok
Click Transform Data
It navigates to Power Query Editor. Click on icon having two down arrows which is 'Combine Files'
Click Ok
From Queries pane on left side, you can see a combined merged table named 'Test Folder' under Other Queries.
