Merge queries with OR condition

One way to do this would be to:
1. First merge on Item No (leave it in Table form, don't expand), call that column ItemMerge
2. Then merge on UPC (leave in table form), call that column UPCMerge
3. Add a custom column with = if Table.RowCount([ItemMerge])>0 then [ItemMerge] else [UPCMerge]
4. Remove the ItemMerge and UPCMerge columns and expand the column from #3
