Merge not working

I keep getting the following error: Query 'Merge2' (step 'Expanded Workbook(2)') references other queries or steps, so it may not directly access a data source. Please rebuild this data combination....

Hi Back2Basics 

 

It seems the step 'Expanded Workbook(2)' only refers to the 'Source' step, so it looks a little weird here. Can you remove the step 'Expanded Workbook(2)' and see if there is any error when it only has the Source step?
